Updated Upgrade Instructions

Existing customers have several choices once the new Viasat 2 satellite comes online

1) Do nothing and stay on your current plan. If you are happy with your speeds and data you don’t need to do anything. The speeds will automatically improve for you as the load on the satellite is lightened over time.

2) Upgrade to one of the new Unlimited plans that may already be loaded in your account https://account.viasat.com/ under the Change Your Plan tab on your dashboard once you login. If you do not see any new plans, check back periodically to see what’s new or make sure to sign up for our emails and we will let you know.


If you have any neighbors, relatives, friends, or coworkers that could benefit from our service, please have them contact us right away and let us know that you referred them.
